As you progress through the workout, you'll move from sitting to standing to floor exercises. Together, these three types of exercises will maximize the suppleness of your spine, lengthening and loosening it for greater agility and flexibility. This workout will also help your body re-learn proper posture, nurturing your spine and keeping your back healthy and pain-free.
